The Administrator is entitled to request proof of your identity in order to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data.
Scope of processing of your personal data
The controller will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided it in connection with your interest in the digital content/advice and its possible purchase and the related consent to receive commercial communications related to the product/service. Purpose of processing your personal data
The Seller will use your personal data to complete the entire transaction, including the necessary accounting operations, the issuing of tax documents, the identification of the Buyer’s non-cash payments and for communication with the Buyer, i.e. all customer administration. In addition, your data will be used to inform you about my or my partners’ products and services, to obtain your opinion about them or to prepare personalised messages for you based on your response on my websites or in emails.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the entire transaction, including the necessary accounting operations, the issuance of tax documents, the identification of the buyer’s non-cash payments and the communication with the buyer, i.e. all customer management, as well as for marketing purposes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), as well as Act No. 110/2019 and Act No. 111/2019 of 24 April 2019 on the processing and protection of personal data.
The period for which your personal data will be processed
The Controller will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. The Controller will keep under review the need to process certain Personal Data for the purposes set out above. If it determines that the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, the data will be deleted.
Your rights regarding the protection of your personal data
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (the right to be provided with a list of the information processed about you), the right of rectification (of personal data that you have reported to me that you do not agree with), the right of erasure (the right to be forgotten unless there is an overriding lawful reason to keep the personal data longer), the right to restriction of processing (e.g. If your right to erasure cannot be satisfied, you may object to the processing of your personal data for another purpose, such as direct marketing or profiling) and if you have any doubts about compliance with the obligations relating to the processing of personal data, you may contact me by email at the address of the controller or the data protection authority.

Your personal data will be accessed by the Controller or its employees and, where applicable, by third party processors who provide appropriate safeguards and whose processing meets all the requirements of the GDPR and who sufficiently protect your rights and your personal data. Exercise of the right of access and rectification
Upon request, I will inform you as soon as possible in writing and in accordance with your right to data portability, whether and what personal data I hold about you. If, despite my efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, incorrect information is held, I will correct it upon request. If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data or if you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact me at the address of the data controller, where I am available not only for requests for information but also for suggestions or complaints.
Withdrawal of consent and restriction of processing
I will use your personal information for the above purpose. Participation in such events is, of course, voluntary.

Right to complain to the regulator
You may, at any time, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or the controller’s failure to comply with its obligations under the GDPR. How your personal information is protected
The controller has taken technical measures to ensure the security of personal data by encrypting data transmissions using the HTTPS protocol, and has secured your personal data in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
Obligation to provide personal information. Consequences of not providing personal data
You provide your personal information entirely voluntarily. You are under no obligation to provide it. If you do not provide your Personal Information, you will not be subject to any penalty. You acknowledge that you are required to provide your personal information accurately and truthfully. You confirm that your personal information is accurate and that you have been advised that you are providing it voluntarily. If you do not provide personal information to the Administrator, the Administrator will not be able to inform you about my products and services and you will not be able to purchase products and services.
